Cancellation policy

EDIBLE SACRAMENTO MAGAZINE AUTO-RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT, V2.28.25

This Auto-Renewal Auto-Renew Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the subscriber ("Subscriber") and Edible Sacramento Magazine ("Publisher"), through which the Subscriber has interfaced via Ediblesacramento.com or Ediblesacramento.store. By subscribing, Subscriber agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1.     Auto-Renewal & Payment Authorization
a. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that their subscription will automatically renew based on the selected subscription term—either annually or every two years.
b. Subscriber authorizes Publisher to charge the credit card on file for the renewal amount at the end of each subscription term unless cancellation is requested in accordance with this Agreement.

2.     Cancellation & Refund Policy
a. Subscriber may cancel the auto-renewal of their subscription at any time up to three (3) days before the renewal date without penalty.
b. If a Subscriber cancels after the renewal has been processed but at least fourteen (14) days before the next issue ships, a cancellation fee of 3% of the total subscription price will be deducted from the refund to cover credit card fees and administrative labor.
c. If cancellation is requested within fourteen (14) days before the next issue ships or thereafter, no cancellation of the current subscription term will be permitted. However, the Subscriber may transfer the remaining subscription period to a different recipient or shipping address.

3.     Changes to Auto-Renew Subscription
a. Subscribers may update their shipping address or transfer the subscription to another recipient at any time during the active subscription period.
b. Any changes must be submitted in writing via email to Publisher’s customer service.

4.     Renewal Notification
a. Publisher may provide a courtesy renewal reminder before processing payment. However, failure to receive such a notice does not invalidate the auto-renewal terms of this Agreement.

5.     Modification of Terms
a. Publisher reserves the right to modify subscription pricing and terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and continued subscription renewal will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

6.     Governing Law
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

By subscribing, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Effective Date: The date the order is placed.

By completing the subscription process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
