Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our returns and refund policy below:

1. Subscriptions: All subscription sales are final and non-refundable. However, subscriptions may be transferred to a new recipient or shipping address if requested in writing before the 1st of the month for each shipping quarter (March, June, September, December).

2. Magazine Issues: All magazine issues are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchase.

3. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Branded Merchandise & Apparel:

   • Merchandise and apparel can only be exchanged if there is a defect or quality issue. To process your exchange, we kindly ask you to provide photo documentation of the issue. In certain cases, a product return may be required after receiving pre-authorization from our team.
   • Apparel exchanges for sizing are only permitted if the item received does not match the size specifications listed on the product page. Please review the size chart before purchasing to avoid sizing issues.

5. Non-Defective Merchandise: We are a small business and, unfortunately, cannot offer returns on merchandise unless there is a defect. We appreciate your understanding and support.
